ARPA Honoured with Four Business Excellence Nominations

The Kamloops and District Chamber of Commerce has announced the list of nominees for the 36th Annual Business Excellence Awards presented by MNP, and this year, ARPA Investments (ARPA) is in the running for four awards.

Each year for the Business Excellence Awards, the local community comes together to nominate businesses, industries, non-profit organizations and business leaders in the region to recognize them for their work to propel the city’s growing and vibrant eonomy.

This year, ARPA has been nominated in four categories:

● City of Kamloops Community Service Award

● Open Door Group Inclusive Leadership Award

● Kamloops & District Chamber of Commerce Service Provider 1-10 Staff Award

● Abbott Wealth Management/Harbourfront Wealth Management Business Person of the Year: Joshua Knaak, ARPA Investments

ARPA partners, Joshua Knaak, Parmjit Mahal and Jasbir Mahal, are honoured to be part of the diverse group of esteemed businesses and professionals nominated.

As a real estate development company, ARPA contributes to the long-term growth of the city, while meeting the present needs of the community. In the last several years, ARPA’s mixed use residential and commercial developments have supported business growth on Kamloops’ North Shore, and more significantly, these developments have enriched the quality of life for people and neighbourhoods.

“As we all contribute to a steady economic recovery our team is committed to providing our neighbours with the utmost quality in every one of our projects, said Knaak. “We have an unwavering commitment to being part of the efforts that help build a stronger economy, vibrant neighbourhood, and contributing however we can to benefit our community of Kamloops.”

Currently, most of ARPA’s builds reside on Kamloops’ North Shore, where ARPA’s vision to help build stronger communities is showcased through its commitment to excellent care for its clients and through their business endeavours led with integrity and common sense.

“We look at the community through a different lens as developers and problem-solvers, knowing that what we do can help revitalize a community, or further enhance it through what we build,” noted Knaak.

Finalists in each category will be revealed on July 21 at the Paramount Theatre in downtown Kamloops. ARPA Investments would like to thank those who nominated their company and wish all of the nominees every bit of success.
