ARPA Investments and Brendan Shaw Real Estate have put the finishing touches on a brand-new show suite for The Colours on Spirit Square development and officially opens today.
“With the addition of Terry Lynds Personal Real Estate Corporation, our team was looking to open a North Shore branch of our office to provide another touch point for customer service,” said Brendan Shaw, managing broker of Brendan Shaw Real Estate. “This location also provided bonus space for us to create a show suite for The Colours’ development which is close to completion. The show suite will give clients the opportunity to get a sense of the quality of suites for sale, until such time we can tour people in the building.”
