The Colours on Spirit Square Exceeds Expectations ~100% Sold Prior to Occupancy

Kamloops, B.C. – ARPA Investments Ltd. announced today that their development, The Colours on Spirit Square located on Yew Street on Kamloops’ North Shore, has sold out prior to occupancy. The team at ARPA has always sold out their projects, but prior to occupancy was a first for ARPA and testament to the increased demand for quality housing within the region.

“Today is an exciting day in Kamloops,” said Joshua Knaak, Partner of ARPA. “The vision behind The Colours on Spirit Square was to provide quality, convenient, and unique living options appealing to a wide array of individuals. From first time home buyers to people looking to downsize, we believe our variety of modern lock-and-go floorplans has helped to revolutionize the Kamloops housing market.”

Joshua also echoes the appreciation of his partners Jasbir Mahal and Parmjit Mahal to the community.

“We cannot thank our partners, soon-to-be residents, and our community enough for their continued support,” said Knaak. “We extend our gratitude to our team and valued sub-trades who together brought this project to fruition, on time and on budget.”

The Colours on Spirit Square is set to finish all construction this spring with occupancy May 1, 2021. The 38-unit building is comprised of a mix of one-bedroom, two-bedroom, microsuite, and loft suite with rooftop patio floorplans over five floors. Residents will enjoy a spacious fitness room, access to individual bike lockers, and easy accessibility to countless surrounding parks, retailers, medical facilities, and transit routes.

The rise in demand for housing over this past year has further propelled ARPA’s drive to foster solid community partnerships and continue its mission to develop and build innovative spaces that bring communities and neighbourhoods to life.

“We will be releasing further details on two new exciting ARPA development projects, one on the 300 block of Tranquille and one on Royal Avenue,” said Knaak. “We are looking forward to reaching out to community to seek their feedback and input on our plans and details will be released in the coming weeks.”
