The Tapestry on Spirit Square Kamloops: The development emerged from a vision to redevelop and revitalize the currently vacant lot tucked in behind Spirit Square on Kamloops’ North Shore. The 38 market condo development is currently under construction and will include a mix of residential and commercial space to enhance the sense of community, beautify the area, and increase safety.

Children’s Circle Daycare Society: ARPA Investments is committed to helping the Society build and expand their number of daycare spaces. The new development at 1430 9th Avenue is well-suited for delivering childcare services as it is located directly across the street from the kindergarten to grade 12 School of the Arts. It will feature a wide-range, outdoor play area and excellent access for families that work and live in the downtown core. The daycare will be under construction soon.

The Station on Tranquille: 2019 Keystone Award Silver Finalist. This mixed residential/commercial building located at 280 Tranquille has 47 condo units including microsuites, plus street access commercial space for Bright Eye Brewing and the United Way Thompson Nicola Cariboo’s Xchange Lab offices. The project is complete with only 2 condo units left for purchase.

The Vistas on Battle: 2018 Keystone Award Winning Development.
This residential development is located at 777 Battle Street and has 34 individually stratified units. The build was both on time and on budget and investment values increased dramatically for residents who purchased their condo at pre-construction pricing compared to today’s assessments.

Beachmount Estates: This 69 lot residential subdivision is located next to Centennial Park in Westsyde and the subdivision runs parallel to the North Thompson River. The land was rezoned and custom homes were built primarily by the Arpa Investments team. What was previously undeveloped land is now a jewel in the heart of the community of Westsyde.
